This policy explains how Vamos Travel Korea ("Vamos a Jeju", "we", "us") handles the information you share through the Jeju, Slowly website.
When you submit an inquiry/application, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, nationality, chosen retreat and preferred date, number of guests, any dietary restrictions, accessibility or medical needs, and what you're hoping to find.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Health, accessibility, and dietary details are used only to prepare for your retreat. By submitting them, you consent to our using them for this purpose. You may ask us to delete them at any time.
Form submissions are delivered through our form provider, Formspree, and reach us by email and in the Formspree dashboard. We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and booking.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Just email us and we'll take care of it.
