Inquiry stage

The Jeju, Slowly website currently accepts inquiries and applications only. Submitting an application is not a booking and does not create a contract. No payment is taken at this stage, and your place is confirmed only after a conversation with us.

Bookings & payments

A deposit secures your place once booking opens. Full payment details and what's included will be confirmed before any payment is made. We're currently accepting inquiries only — no payment is taken at this stage.

Cancellation & refunds

A deposit secures your place and is non-refundable. For the remaining balance:

• Cancel 60 or more days before the start date — full refund of the balance.
• Cancel 30–59 days before — 50% of the balance refunded.
• Cancel within 30 days of the start date — balance is non-refundable.

If we ever have to cancel a retreat, you'll receive a full refund. This policy takes effect once online booking opens.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Retreat prices do not include insurance, flights, or airport transfers.
